Standard Delivery
We offer a full nationwide delivery service for just €4.75 on any order placed which does not exceed 30kg. We ship Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and will always endeavour to have your order delivered within 2-3 working days.
Bulky Delivery
Some bulky items such as furniture and larger barbecues are delivered by a specialised service costing €39.99 or €59.99 depending on the size of your order. Bulky orders are delivered on a pallet by a haulier and is the customer's responsibilty to dispose of the pallet.
Plant Orders
To ensure that they arrive in the best condition possible, plant orders are only dispatched Monday-Wednesday as we do not want them to stay in a depot over the weekend
International Delivery
At present we only deliver to the Republic and Northern Ireland. However in many cases it is possible for us to ship internationally. Please contact onlinesales@clonmelgardencentre.ie for an overseas delivery quotation.
Out of Stock Items
Sometimes part of an order may be out of stock and can cause a delay on delivery. You will be advised by e-mail of any undue delay. The appearance of ‘in stock’ alongside and item is not a guarantee that it is in stock. Due to high levels of stock turnover, particularly on seasonal items it can sometimes occur that a product becomes out of stock. When this happens we endeavour to have the product back in stock as soon as possible.
